Daniel Sheehan

Daniel Sheehan

Danny Sheehan is a renowned attorney with degrees from Harvard University and Harvard Law School. Over his distinguished career, Danny has played a pivotal role in several landmark legal battles, including three Supreme Court cases, the Iran-Contra lawsuit, the Three Mile Island litigation, and the first Sanctuary defense case. Before founding the Christic Institute in Washington, D.C., he was instrumental in high-profile cases that established significant legal precedents, such as the right of journalists to protect their sources, the Pentagon Papers case for The New York Times, the Watergate burglary case, and the Wounded Knee occupation case for the ACLU.

In 2023, Sheehan founded the New Paradigm Institute (NPI), an initiative of the Romero Institute. NPI is dedicated to advocating for full and responsible Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) disclosure by governments, corporations, and individuals. The Institute’s mission is to prepare humanity for the cultural shifts that will arise from irrefutable evidence of extraterrestrial contact. Danny’s commitment to UFO advocacy dates back to the Carter administration, and through NPI, he continues to push for transparency and government accountability in UAP investigations and reporting.
